WHO ARE WE?
Forward to the Future is a Canberra-based, family-run disability support organisation providing personalised, integrated and local services for individuals with disabilities and their families.
Our mission is to make support more personal, playful, and empowering — helping young people grow in confidence, independence, and connection through real-world experiences and meaningful relationships.
Whether it’s 1:1 support or joining a group for cooking, games, or social outings, we’re here to create opportunities that are engaging, inclusive, and fun.
We embrace diversity, welcoming participants and staff from all backgrounds, and proudly support multicultural and LGBTQ+ communities. Our team works together like a family — creating a space where everyone feels valued and supported to be themselves.
